#1, CONTROL TYPE: - Cord Lock or Ultraglide.
- Cord Loop (Easyrise)
- CordLess (Literise).
- Tilter, End Control Gear
- Powerise. Remote Control, App Control
Most repairs have to do with restring & replacing the Control Type.

#2, TYPE of WINDOW COVERINGS:
- SHADES: are made of soft fabric or cell. Honeycomb, Roman, Roller, Silhouette, Vignette, Pirouette
- BLINDS: are made of hard materials like: wood, vinyl, aluminum
- VERTICAL: vanes or louver are hanging vertically. Vert, Luminette, Vertiglide
- CURTAINS: pleated drapes hung vertically on Traverse Rod.
- SHUTTER: horizontal louver, made of wood or polysatin/vinyl
