INSTRUCTIONS:
- With a flat head screwdriver, Remove the Ultraglide Assy unit by tapping outward on the top of the end cap.
- Pull the broken unit out of the roller & replace with the new ultraglide assy.
- Reconnect the pulling cord assy
Pulling Cord Assy includeClear Football Shape lower connector, 30" pull cord, tassel. The LOWER part with a unique football shape clicks into the upper part of the clutch. This lower connector holds the pulling cord (that you pull to lower/raise shade). These connector & pulling cord comes with your original shade. Since your ultraglide assembly unit is broken now (that's why you are shopping for parts on our site), there's a high chance the lower connector & pulling cord is ...missing. If you can't find them, please purchase them now to save on shipping. We just sincerely want to you have what's important to finish your repair.
